What is a Lash Lift Service?
The lifting and setting solutions and tints are safe, effective and gentle enough for those sensitive to lash extension adhesive. All are applied to your lashes only (not your skin) and have the consistency of toothpaste so it will not run into your eyes.
Are There Any Contraindications?
Yes. If any of the following apply to you, you are NOT a candid for a Lash Lift and Tint service.
– BELLS PALSY (unable to open or close your eyes properly)
– BLEPHARITIS (chronic inflammation of the eyelid)
– CHEMOTHERAPY
– CUTS OR ABRASIONS in the eye area including recent surgeries
– CYST (lump in upper or lower eyelid)
– DERMATITIS
– EYE INFECTIONS (conjunctivitis, uveitis, etc.)
– EYE DISEASE/DISORDERS
– KERATITIS (inflamed cornea)
– STYE (aka Hordeolum, a bacterial infection of the oil gland resulting in red, sensitive bumps on the edge of the eyelid)

REMOVE ALL EYE MAKEUP THE DAY BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT (Eyeshadow, Eyeliner, Mascara, etc): When you remove eye makeup on the same day as the lash lift service, you run the risk of the lashes not lifting or not lifting enough and/or having an unforeseen allergic reaction.
Please arrive with absolutely no makeup on your eyes. This includes but is not limited to: NO eyeshadow, NO eyeliner, NO mascara, NO extensions! If you remove eye makeup on the same day as the lash lift service, you run the risk of the lashes not lifting, eye irritation and/or having an unforeseen allergic reaction.
IF YOU ARRIVE WITH MASCARA ON, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO NOT DO THE SERVICE AND YOU WILL STILL BE CHARGED FOR THE TIME RESERVED! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND AND A CREDIT WILL NOT BE GIVEN FOR A FUTURE SERVICE!

What Products Should I Avoid?
Avoid wearing waterproof mascara and using any eye makeup and/or eye makeup cleansers containing oil.
When Should I Schedule My Next Appointment?
Most clients schedule their next appointment within 6-8 weeks after the initial appointment so that their previously lifted lashes and newly grown in lashes will have a more uniform look. You will also receive an automatic $15 discount.
Refund Policy
If you book a service, it is with the knowledge, understanding and agreement of our No Refund and/or No Credit Policy. In other words, you will not receive a refund or credit for a future service under any circumstances.
However, if you would like the lash lift to be adjusted, we must be notified WITHIN 48 HOURS of the conclusion of the service. We will GLADLY make the adjustments FREE OF CHARGE. If you notify us AFTER 48 HOURS, there will be a $30 charge to make any adjustments.
