Frequently Asked Questions
WILL THE LASH EXTENSIONS DAMAGE MY OWN NATURAL LASHES?
No. Each lash extension is applied to your own lashes one lash at a time. This technique is much better than applying individual lash clusters for an extended period of time, which will damage your own natural lashes.
WHAT TYPE OF LASH EXTENSIONS DO YOU USE?
Synthetic silk lashes only. We prefer not to use products that have been tested on or unnecessarily harvested from animals, such as mink.
WHAT KIND OF ADHESIVE BOND DO YOU USE?
Due to the sensitive nature of the eye region, we use the Premier Lash extension adhesive bond. It is a pure and safe physician developed, medical grade adhesive with no exposure to contaminants and it does not contain any detectable formaldehyde. It is scientifically formulated, ophthalmologist tested, and glycol and carbonate-free. It is enhanced with natural plant extracts, peptides and multi-vitamins to promote healthier natural lashes.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO APPLY A FULL SET OF LASH EXTENSIONS?
In addition to the consultation, it takes approximately 2 hours to apply a full set of lash extensions. This service cannot be rushed so please set aside 2 hours for the service plus consultation before and after the service.
HOW DO I TAKE CARE OF MY LASH EXTENSIONS?
Do not get your lashes wet within the first 24 hours. Do not rub or pull on your lash extensions. Use the recommended cleanser and eyelid pads to soothe your lids if needed. On the extremely rare chance, you develop an allergic reaction to the lash extensions or adhesive, a credit or refund will not be given. Instead, an alternative service may be offered at a discounted rate.
CAN I CURL MY LASH EXTENSIONS AND WEAR MASCARA?
Curling your lash extensions is not recommended because the extensions come pre-curled. Additional curling is not necessary and doing so may shorten the lifespan of the extensions by compromising the adhesive bond. Also, mascara should not be used because it will shorten the lifespan of your lash extensions by causing them to clump together which will cause extensive damage to your nature lashes upon separation.
WHAT PRODUCTS SHOULD I AVOID?
Avoid any cosmetic product or cleanser containing oil. Oil can potentially break down the adhesive bond and shorten the lifespan of the extensions.

If you go beyond 4 weeks, and/or have less than half of your extensions remaining, a new full set of extensions will be necessary at the regular price of $225.
